Our founder and CEO, Debra Saunders, lived her formative years as the daughter of Colonel Robert C. Saunders, USA (Ret), graduate of the Citadel Military College. Colonel Saunders was also stationed in Korea and served two tours in Vietnam. He was awarded many medals and honors. Her firsthand knowledge of military life and its demands, trials, and sacrifices laid the foundation for the culture of Bluewater Management Group (BMG). BMG is anchored in integrity, respect, and service. Another retired military family member, LTC Warner B. Cole was also instrumental in the founding of Bluewater.
